Intense Records

Welcome to the Intense Record Box! Here, we will hold your records securely under the counter, just as if you were in our shop. Your Record Box is an excellent way to keep track of hard-to-find or limited-edition releases while staying up to date on your orders.

You can add pre-orders, back-orders, Friday releases, new releases, or even in-stock items to your box. We will notify you by email as soon as your items become available.

Build your collection at your own pace and take advantage of our shipping deals by combining multiple items into a single order. When you're ready to ship, simply check out your Record Box. The only charge will be a shipping fee, if applicable. Plus, you can add more in-stock items to your order at that time.

1. Reserving Items: When you spot an album or item you want, you can reserve it in your Record Box. The key difference from a physical store is that you'll need to pay for the item each time you reserve it (but after that, it's yours).
2. Building Your Collection: You can keep adding items to your Record Box over time, even if they're not immediately available, ensuring you don't miss out on limited releases.
3. Shipping & Collection: When you're ready, you can decide to have everything shipped by clicking the "Add all available products to cart" button. You can use our regular cart service. You can pay additional shipping fees or select "collect in-store" at no extra cost if you're nearby or prefer to pick it up in person.
4. Status Updates: Keep track of your Record Box status in the tabs below:
   • Ordered: You've reserved the item, but it may not be available yet.
   • Available: The item is ready to collect in-store or pay for shipping.
   • Dispatching: We're preparing your item ready for shipment.
   • Dispatched: Your item is on its way!
