MOVIES Rob Zombie has proved an undeniable box office success with his re-imagining of John Carpenters Halloween in 2007, which premiered at #1, and held the Labor Day Weekend box office record for 14 years. Having breathed new life into the Halloween franchise, he also helmed Halloween 2 (Dimension), in August 2009, notably departing from the originals by delving into the ill-fated childhood of Michael Myers. Prior to that, Zombie wrote and directed the 2004 cult favorite House of 1000 Corpses (Lionsgate) and its companion, 2005s critically acclaimed The Devils Rejects (Lionsgate), which chronicles the mayhem of the psychopathic Firefly family. For the first time ever, fans are able to see a glimpse into the mind of Rob Zombie with a new House of 1000 Corpses book, in which Rob details his thoughts & filmmaking process into the cult classic with never before seen notes, photos and exclusives from the directors personal archives. The Devils Rejects celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2025 with a return to theaters in the United States, along with a special 4K UHD release packed with special features.
