Danny Brown's "G"own Up is a cult-classic hip-hop single that captures everything fans love about the Detroit rapper-wit, grit, and unfiltered personality.

Dropped in 2012, the track is built on Party Supplies' playful, piano-loop beat that feels like a 90s throwback with just the right amount of bounce.

Over it, Danny rewinds to his childhood, spitting about chipped teeth, scuffed sneakers, and the kind of rough edges that shaped his razor-sharp style.

The single's video, starring a pint-sized Danny lookalike raising hell across the city, turned the song into an underground sensation and fan favorite.
